Frequently asked questions

  • My location isn't working

    Make sure location permissions are enabled for the app in your device settings. On iOS go to Settings → Let's Go There → Location → While Using the App. On Android go to Settings → Apps → Let's Go There → Permissions → Location.

  • I'm not seeing any deals or venues nearby

    Ensure location services are turned on and try pulling down to refresh. If you're in a new area, content may be limited — we're constantly expanding coverage.

  • Notifications aren't arriving

    Check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings. On iOS go to Settings → Notifications → Let's Go There. On Android go to Settings → Apps → Let's Go There → Notifications.

  • A venue or offer looks out of date

    Venues manage their own listings and offers. If something looks wrong, let us know at support@letsgothereapp.com and we'll follow up.

  • How do I delete my data?

    We collect very little data — just your push notification token and approximate location while the app is in use. You can revoke both at any time in your device settings. Email us if you'd like us to remove your push token from our systems.

  • The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly

    Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the problem persists, check the App Store or Google Play for a pending update. You can also email us with details of the issue.
